Societatea Ohr Hachaim - Lumina Vieţii, Dorohoi

On ebay was sold this silk flag measuring 65 x 55 inches (1.65 x 1.35 m) with the hebrew words "Ohr Hachaim" (light of light), a society from Dorohoi, Romania. This charitable organization traveled from city to city and they placed this banner on the building, so everyone would know this is where to bring their donations. One side has the colors of the Romanian flag (blue yellow and red), with shaking hands in stump work gold thread. The other side has the colors and [1872] emblem of Romania. It is dated [6 January] 1914.
