The flag of Suleyman-Stalsky District can be seen at https://mahachkala.bezformata.com/listnews/obektov-zhkh-k-otopitelnomu-sezonu/99844108/. It consists of a green and yellow design; a narrow green upper stripe and a narrow yellow lower stripe, both with complex ornate borders, between which lies a yellow over green field divided by an arch with an open book on the green field and a white viaduct across the bottom with five arches.

A flag seen in 2018-2019 is similar but lacks the ornately bordered upper and lower stripes and has the viaduct in yellow with a red and yellow patterned stripe below it.
