is light blue, with a white branch-like edge along the hoist, with a white woodpecker with raised wings, a red beak and crown, accompanied by eight white crosses under the wing.
The coat of arms and the flag were approved by the decision of the Meeting of Deputies of the Volzhsky Municipal District of July 27, 2006.
