Here is flag of Apastovsky district as seen at http://www.speaker.tatarstan.ru/news/show/1896. It is horizontally divided red over green with the line of division an arched band of yellow heads of wheat. Overlying is a garland of yellow flowers from which flows a white waterfall and winding river to the base.
