http://www.xn----7sbbfr4aqeey8a7br5g.xn--p1ai/yb-rayon/novosti/obrazovanie/obrazovanie_2267.html.
It is divided into three panels: a vertical yellow stripe 1/4 the length of the
flag, and in the remaining 3/4ths, an upper green panel, 3/4ths the height of
the flag and bearing a stylized yellow fox over a lower blue panel 1/4th the
height.
