I found an olive green version of the Guadalcanal Province flag. I think that
changed around 2004 from ocher-brown color to olive-green color. Unfortunately I
have no more information.

Based on

flag is brown and the emblem on the flag is in black and white. That's confirmed
by the flag used in the Games at
http://www.sportingpulse.com/gallery.cgi?g=2452&e=3511&et=1&c=1-3511-0-0-0.
