The Flag

The city of Lund in southern Sweden use flags with the arms and a text. Claus K. Berntsen, vice chairman of Svenska heraldiska föreningen (Swedish heraldic association) has been noticed in the media for wanting the city to change to the more correct form of a banner of arms, see e.g. in Swedish newspaper Sydsvenskan.
