The second photo shows a Slovene flag between two Petrol ones.
Proportions would seem to be 1:3.33; I amm sure itis not the usual 1:4. As a side note, when Slovenia declared independence in 1991, the new
state flags materialized at Petrol stations with such amazing speed that
they often beat out government buildings. The first new Slovene flag I
saw was at a Petrol station.
