A new party split from FRETILIN and called itself at first FRETILIN-Mudança.
The first try to get registration failed in the court, because the new flag,
anthem and name was to close to FRETILIN. Now it seems, that the party is now
registered as Frenti Mudansa (Tetum) or Frente Mudança (Port.).
I found
a picture of the flag at
http://www.cjitl.org/eleisaun-2012/partidu-politiku/frenti-mudansa?start=2,
but I am not sure, if it is the old or the new. Except of the colours, it is
close to the Fretilin flag.

Frente Mudança means Front [for] Change.

I found an image on Facebook, which seem to be the actual flag of
Frente-Mudança, former FRETILIN-Mudança. They changed the colours of the triband
at the right from red-white-red to yellow-red-yellow. Lettering is now Mudança
in white capital letters. Seem to be Times New Roman instead of Arial.

A green vertical hoist stripe, white star, white middle horizontal stripe, red upper and lower horizontal stripes, additional thinner black stripe between the green one and the three horizontal stripes; on the middle horizontal stripe the lettering "FRETILIN-MUDANCA" (sic!) in squarish slender sans serif capitals. Star is regular starry pentagon pointing upwards, and the three horizontal stripes are apparently equal; green roughly as wide as any of the three horizontal stripes; overall ratio about 3:5.
If the new flag was the second attempt, as well as the new name (Frenti
Mudansa instead of Fretilin Mudansa), then this must be the old flag.
