Pinat Food Industry and Trade Inc. (Pinat Gıda San ve Ticaret A.Ş; website) was established in 1984 as a food industry operator. Subsequently organized as an investment company, Pinat owns all the shares of Pak Group, which manufactures and sells fresh yeast (produced in the Rompak factory, Pașcan), pastry products and home consumer products in Romania.
