"In November, 24th, 2004 session of Verhnebilkovs'ka village
council has confirmed symbols of Verhnya Bilka, Nyzhnya Bilka and
Suhorichchua villages. Azure; argent sabres with or handles
turned by edges upwards in saltire, in the or triangular chief
sitis gules squirrel with an argent nutlet in paws. The shield
enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The
authors are R.Sercelevych, A.Grechylo.
Sabres symbolise nobleness as only people of a noble origin had
the right to free carrying of the weapon that specifies the old
name of village. The squirrel in the chief means the new name of
village."

The crown explains the old name - Korolivs'ka (Royal) Bilka,
below squirrel means modern name (Bottom Squirrel)."

away channels from small rivers which have dried up, having
entitled settlement - Suhorichchya (dry rivers)."
