Several variants of the Crimean
flag have been seen in use in Crimea and Russia. These four
designs were used once by "Pro-Russians",
but are now certainly abandoned, favouring the official
design.
Antonio Martins, 29 July 1999
In a demonstration in Sebastopol the demonstrators for Russia
flew a flag divided in half diagonally from the lower hoist to
the upper fly; The upper part was white, and the other half is
divided in blue and red, diagonally.

In this version, a blue triangle from the hoist and a red opposite
from the fly. The center was white. I

In Moscow, a demonstration in favor of the Russians in Crimea
used an identical flag to the Russian flag,
but with a vertical blue band against the hoist.

Crimea's flag has also been reported as white, thin blue and red
bars in a 5:1 ratio.
