Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at September, 16th, 2003 by the decision
of X city council extraordinary session of XXI convocation. A
rectangular crimson panel with a parity of width to the length
1:2. In the middle of it are horizontal wavy white and blue
strips (the width of a wave equals to 1/13 width of a flag). In
the top corner from a staff is a board with the city arms (height
of it equals to 1/3 width of a flag).

holding an or mace."

1591 king Sigizmund III granted the Magdeburg Right, a seal and
an emblem with a picture of an arm with a dagger and a bear's
head in base. Since 1658 it was a regimental town."
