The LGBT flag of Colorado is derived from the state flag by repainting the blue stripes into the rainbow colors: top blue stripe is replaced with red, orange and yellow stripes and the bottom one, with green blue and violet stripes. There are currently only two photos of this flag: the first one was taken at the Colorado Springs PrideFest on 2015-07-12:

and the other one, in Denver, on 2016-06-13, at the candle vigil held for the victims of the Orlando Nightclub Shooting:
www.vanityfair.com.

Such a small number of available sources suggests that the flag is a rather recent creation. The shades vary a lot between the two photos, but look more realistic on the later photo (note the sky on the earlier photo - unusually dark for a summer sunny day), so it has served as the model for the image presented herein.

This is an earlier source than those presented so far, so it moves the flag creation time a bit further into the past.

A newer flag replaces the whole field with the rainbow colors, the yellow disc being merged into a single shape with the fly-side portion of the yellow stripe and red C having a black outline. The earliest currently known photo was taken in Denver on 2018-06-04, at a rally before the State Capitol [1]. Shortly afterwards, it was used again at Denver Pride Fest 2018 [2]. In June 2019, flag enthusiast Tom Fesing of Denver was flying the flag, together with several other LGBT-related flags, from his home during the week preceding the Denver Pride Fest 2019 [3, 4], the event at which the flag was used again [5, 6, 7].
