The city of Clermont informs me it has no flag.

I learned about this flag from a Facebook post by Israel Munoz to the NAVA/Flags and Vexillology Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/navagroup/permalink/10157964317447761

According to the town's Facebook page, the logo on the flag was adopted in 2014.
