The flag is a green field with a clipart of Santa Claus going down a chimney. To the right is a simplified silhouette of a Christmas tree with the town name layed over the tree. At the bottom is the city motto "The City that Loves Children".

The flag of Santa Claus was designed by Mayor of Santa Claus Al Lewis, and presumably first flown on August 27, 2022.
