Greene County is known to have a flag, but the details are unavailable.

Back in 2002, the Iowa State Association of Counties website hosted an account of each county's history, signed by its County Recorder, and illustrated with a black and white flag image. It is not clear whether these flag images were provided by the county administration or not.
Archived copies of the pages about Greene County are still at
web.archive.org/web/*/www.iowacounties.org/County+Info/History+Pages/greene.htm and web.archive.org/web/*/www.iowacounties.org/County+Info/Flags/Greene.htm. It is a ~3:5 plain green (?) flag with an emblem centered on it. The emblem is circular, seal-like, surrounded by approx. 40 very small triangles pointing outwards, protruding from the outline. It shows a horn of plenty surrounded by the words "Greene County Iowa" set in sans serif capitals. Outside the seal, on its both sides and offset towards the top of the flag, the words "Greene County", set in sans serif letters (typeface seems to be Avant Garde).

They missed a great punning opportunity, as the flag is not green, but white, and there's nothing green on it at all: The horn of plenty is brown, the circle rim and the lettering is black, and the rest (rays, horn contents, and decorations) is yellow - according to photos 2nd and 3rd of the 2nd row on page 5 of [u9s03b]. There seem to be 72 very small triangles pointing outwards, one for each 5 degrees.
