Description of the Flag

Ada County, Idaho is the largest county in population in Idaho. This county contains the state's largest city and state capital, Boise. The flag of Ada County consist of the county seal on purple. Special thanks to Chelsea Carattini for digital image of the flag.

Flag Inquiry Response:

The flag simply features the Ada County seal, a depiction of an eagle descending over a mountain lake. I believe the seal was designed by a Sheriff's office employee in the '80s but unfortunately I don't have any details, nor can I locate any sort of resolution that adopted the flag.
