The flag of the City of St. Ignace, Michigan, was seen at the 2010 Michigan Municipal League convention. The parade of flags is documented at Flickr, including this flag: a dark blue flag with a seal in blue, white and yellow, with yellow fringe. I can't make out the middle of the seal, but the border contains the words "CITY OF" (top) "ST. IGNACE" (bottom) and "EST. 1671" (small, above "ST. IGNACE"), a scene with trees to the left/hoist and a bridge to the right/fly.

The picture www.cityofstignace.com/images/Mayor_Paul_Grondin.jpg shows a better view of the center. A white man flanked by 2 American Indians. The white might be the Jesuit priest founder of St. Ignace mission, Jacques Marquette or St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Jesuit order, for whom the City is named after. www.cityofstignace.com/index.php?page=St_Ignace_History
