Description of the flag

Fairmont is a town in Robeson County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,604 at the 2000 census." - from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairmont,_North_Carolina.

The town got its flag on September 16, 2008. It is blue with town seal on it, and "A Proud Past" above and "A Promising Future" below it in golden letters. It can be seen on a photo at www.fairmontnc.com/pictures.htm.
