Description of the flag

Platte County's flag consists of the state map with Platte County identified in red, set on the central, dark yellow stripe, of a 3:5 horizontal triband; the upper stripe is very dark blue with white sans capitals reading "Platte County", and the bottom stripe is dark green with white sans capitals reading "Nebraska".
