 A recent photo on this page (https://www.star-telegram.com/news/local/community/northeast-tarrant/article226361845.html) suggests that the font on the flag (Times New Roman) is the same next to the logo in the city council chamber (https://www.facebook.com/HaltomCityTX/photos/a.142499048530/10156686114293531/?type=3&theater). The color of the text is blue rather than black.
