Variant 2: "Rowlett" and "Texas" use different typefaces, which are also used digitally on city websites.

Variant 3: "Rowlett" uses the same typeface as Variant 2 but is now at an angle (as on Variant 1), and "Texas" uses a different typeface (similar to that of Variant 1) and is in a higher position.
