Description of the flag

The flag shown above comes from the town website at a council meeting (hence the figures in the foreground, grayed out). It is white with the seal toward the hoist, and the words:
FIRST CHARTERED

TOWN
IN VIRGINIA

written in blue toward the fly. In the upper and lower hoist corners are yellow and blue triangles overlying each other.
