The flag is a blue field with the town seal in the center.

The seal is made of a black ring with golden outlines. In the ring is the town and state names, along with the incorporation years, with peanuts and ham separating the two. In the center is a horizontal gradient field of white and blue. An illustration of the old Isle of Wright County Courthouse with the name and the building year underneath it.
