The flag of the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, consists of blue background and the town seal on the imaginary vertical line between first and second third of the flag. There are three thunder-lines dividing the flag on three fields (like
the Czech flag). On the upper field "TOWN OF WYTHEVILLE" in gold, and in the lower part "1839-1989". That suggests that the flag was probably adopted for the 150-anniversary celebration in 1989, but I have no confirmation on that. Photo of the flag thanks to Steve Henley, Computer Operation Mgr.
