New Jersey Clean Marina flag

New Jersey, like other mostly coastal U.S. states, has a Clean Marina program of its own. We are familiar by now with what this entails although of course each scheme presents local aspects. Initiative website: www.state.nj.us/dep/njcleanmarina/ [one wants to protect] "critical habitat areas that are home to a variety of species including algae, plankton, shellfish and finfish. The program encourages marina owners, yacht clubs, boatyards and boaters to adopt practices that help prevent adverse impacts to water quality, sensitive habitats and living resources in proximity to marinas. (...)

The Clean Marina Program will help prevent harmful environmental practices through education and outreach to boaters and marina owners. The program provides assistance and guidance to reduce (...) pollution, including sewage facility management, fueling operations, fish and solid waste management and boat cleaning."

I have not found a "flag" but rather a "burgee" for NJ Clean Marinas; it was first awarded end of 2005, and consists of the logo on a white field. For the logo, see large image on title page of pdf document: www.state.nj.us/dep/njcleanmarina/docs/guidebookentire.pdf

Within a roughly drawn light blue (two tints, really) oval is placed the name, in green letters, 'New Jersey / Clean Marina', the second line placed somewhat to the right, and a grey bird shape above the letters 'sey'; to the left of the name is placed a composite image of three brown mooring poles with salmon coloured ropes (am I right in this?). One stylized wave in a darker blue runs through the lower left half of the logo.
