Yeshiva is a "research 2" university in New York. Until 2019, it included the
Albert Einstein College of Medicine, but that is now a separate institution.
There are three versions of the school flag. The first has the band of the
school shield in white:

A second has that band in blue:

The third has the shield in a white outline only. The
Israeli flag is used extensively, as it is a
Hebrew institution.

My alma mater, Yeshiva University in New York, has for the past few years displayed a full set of "gonfalons" (displayed flat on walls)
for its various divisions at various high-level university-wide events (dinners, commencements, conferences, etc.). These are in various primary colors with the name of the specific school in white. The gonfalons are used as a group only, about twenty displayed at university-wide events only. These include both Stern and Yeshiva Colleges, along with other undergraduate, graduate, and affiliated schools and
institutions.
At events for one particular school or division, a plain horizontal banner with the name of the school, the university, and the university seal is usually used. Individual schools use the banners displayed flat on walls. When they do use flags, on flagpoles inside or outside, they use the university flag. The only exception I knew was the Cardozo School of Law, which used a slight variant of the old, striped university flag, but now seems to use the same flag as the university as a whole.
The university recently replaced their old flag, a rather nice design (about fifteen blue and white stripes with the university seal), with
a more generic design, the seal in white on dark blue. Slight variants of both the former and the latter had been used for certain
specific schools (I can say the Law School specifically) which now seem to have switched to the university flag as well.
