The flag features a white field divided diagonally by a bend sinister (upper fly corner to lower hoist corner) that consists of red on top and black on the bottom separated by a thin white fimbriation. In the upper hoist is the logo of the Central Bank, consisting of a heron or crane within a wreath, above the words "CENTRAL BANK" and "of BELIZE." In the lower fly is the coat of arms of Belize.
