Description of the flag

In protests in East Timor, the flag or banner of the UNICEF was seen. It was white with the UNICEF symbol centered (and quite small) in deep blue. The symbol is like the UN symbol with the map replaced by a silhouette of a mother holding her child.

flag, ICBF (Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, not featured on FOTW and UNICEF. In this UNICEF flag, one can see a different flag with this logo featured on the middle of the flag.
